We understand that purchasing a new kitchen is a major decision and we take care to guide you through the whole process -
- Visit our showroom for inspiration and chat to our knowledgable team about your requirements – either pop in or make an appointment (bring any plans at this stage if you have them already for a new build or remodel)
- Book a free, no obligation appointment for one of our designers to take measurements and create a plan
- Agree on your kitchen design and await your quotation (we do offer a price match service)
- Your order confirmation and payment schedule is sent for you to agree on if you decide to go ahead
- Your deposit invoice will be created (roughly 50% of your kitchen cost minus fitting)
- Your installation date will be agreed (your kitchen will be ordered at this stage)
- Your second invoice for the remaining 50% (minus fitting) will be created before your kitchen is delivered
- Our installation team (all employed by Duchy Designs) will arrive to fit your kitchen and are on hand to answer questions and ensure you’re happy with progress
- Your final fitting invoice will be created
- You enjoy your Duchy Designs kitchen!
- Our showroom team will be on hand to answer any post installation queries
